Jessica Joyner received her Juris Doctor degree from St. Mary’s School of Law in 2007. While attending law school, Jessica participated in law journal and in numerous trial competitions throughout the United States as a member of the school’s mock trial team. In February 2007, she and her two teammates were named the Don Hunt Regional Champions of the National Trial Competition. In March 2007, she received an award of merit in recognition of outstanding achievement in advocacy during the National Trial Competition put on by the Texas Young Lawyers association and the American College of Trial Lawyers.In September 2014, Jessica was honored to be invited to the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Criminal Defense Trial Lawyers. Jessica is proud to be a member of the Texas DWI Defense Lawyers Association and is currently serving as treasurer of that organization. Jessica was also chosen to be a member of the National Association of Distinguished Counsel’s National Top One Percent. In March of 2015, Jessica was named one of the 10 Best in Client Satisfaction by the American Institute of Criminal Law Attorneys.
Jessica is a member of the Texas State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas .
