Joseph Indusi has represented clients in various courtrooms throughout New York in criminal and DWI proceedings. Mr. Indusi has tried nearly a dozen misdemeanor and felony jury trials all ending in acquittals, with a specific focus on cases involving allegations of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) or mistaken identification. Most lawyers see the breath test number to be an impediment to victory, however Mr. Indusi has focused on mastering the science behind the breath test machine so he can educate the judge and jury about its potentially unreliable results.
