Michael began his career as a police officer in Burlington County, eventually becoming a Senior Civil Investigator and then the Deputy Attorney General to the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office in the Division of Criminal Justice. In joining Levow DWI Law’s defense team, Michael brought an expert eye for lawful police conduct and over a decade of proven legal experience.

Michael is certified in field sobriety testing by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the same agency that trains police officers. With his sophisticated understanding of police tactics and sobriety test administration, Michael is able to identify errors, improper conduct, and effectively argue for the suppression of evidence.
