Ms. Hayduk currently defends drunk driving and other criminal offenses in State Court and Federal Court. Ms. Hayduk is one of the few lawyers in the State who is trained in the administration of the standardized field sobriety tests and who has attended a NHTSA curriculum based ARIDE (Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement) overview course to remain up to date on the local police officers’ training. She attends annual seminars with other lawyers across the country who have dedicated their practices to defending drunk driving charges. She works to stay abreast of the issues surrounding the pseudo-scientific evidence that is presented by officers in these kinds of cases. She remains an active member of the National College for DUI Defense and is a founding member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association.

Ms. Hayduk graduated from the University of Tennessee with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Literature in 1999. Upon graduation she attended the University of Tennessee College of Law.

After receiving her J.D. in May of 2002, she moved to Washington D.C. and went to work as an associate attorney in the firm of DUI defense guru, Leonard R. Stamm. Under his direction, Ms. Hayduk was immersed in the practice of DUI defense. She spent most of her time in court and tried multiple cases per week, both in court and before the motor vehicle administration.

In the spring of 2008, Ms. Hayduk relocated to Chattanooga Tennessee where she joined the firm Kennedy, Koontz & Farinash, and in December of 2013, Ms. Hayduk and Jerrold D. Farinash opened her current firm, Farinash & Hayduk. In addition to her criminal practice, Ms. Hayduk stays active in the firm’s business practice, both in State Court and Bankruptcy Court.

Ms. Hayduk has been named by Super Lawyers to the Top Young Attorneys in the Mid South Rising Stars by Memphis Magazine every year since 2011, and has been named to the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40 2012 and 2013. She is rated 10 by AVVO.com.
