A veteran of over 65 jury trials, Mark served as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Marion County for 13 years prior to entering private practice. From homicides, arson, burglary and violent crimes, to white-collar, sex crimes and child abuse cases, Mark’s years in law enforcement provided him with thousands of hours of courtroom experience. Experienced in many different facets of criminal law, Mark has been trained not only how to try a case in the courtroom, but how to perform the very investigation and procedural aspects of filing charges and ultimately bringing a case to trial. n addition to his trial duties, Mark served in a number of leadership and special unit capacities. Having received training in accident reconstruction and case evaluation as a member of the Marion County Fatal Alcohol Crash Team, Mark now works in tandem with his partners to round-table fatality cases represented by Keffer Barnhart LLP.
