The Law Office of David J. Dischley

David Dischley took a non-traditional route to becoming a lawyer. Enlisting in the Marine Corps right out of high school, Attorney Dischley served four years as a U.S. Marine. During that time, he obtained valuable life experience that contributes significantly to his success as a lawyer. After the Marines and obtaining his Associates Degree from Northern Virginia Community College, Attorney Dischley worked full time as he finished his undergraduate studies at George Mason University (GMU). After a year and a half, Attorney Dischley returned to prosecuting; joining the Office of the Commonwealth Attorney for Fauquier County. In 2009, Attorney Dischley joined the Bose Law Firm and, as a defense attorney continued to have successes in the Courtroom defending people. In 2013, Attorney Dischley opened David J. Dischley, PLC where he continues to aggressively and zealously defend his clients.
