Prior to joining Murray Law Firm in April 2009, Mr. Wilson was in private practice at Jones, Schneider and Bartlett in Columbia, Missouri, and the Lowes & Drusch law firm in Cape Girardeau, Missouri in general practice in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury, insurance defense, estate planning, business law, and other general civil litigation. As an attorney in private practice, Mr. Wilson has successfully tried both civil and criminal cases to judges and juries, ranging from civil property disputes to personal injury cases in civil practice, and from minor misdemeanor cases to first degree murder in criminal practice.

Mr. Wilson was born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri in 1978 and was raised and graduated from high school in Dexter, Missouri in 1996. Mr. Wilson graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a B.A. in Political Science in 2001 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2004. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2004.

Mr. Wilson is a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Boone County Bar Association, the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys (MACDL), the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD), and is a general member of the Missouri Bar Criminal Law and Procedure Committee.
