Leslie F. Hulnick is a New York State native who earned his J.D. from the University of Denver in 1975. He maintains the highest rating (“5.0/5.0 AV Preeminent”) from the renowned Martindale-Hubbell rating system. He is a founding member, past dean, and now a Fellow of the National College for DUI Defense. He was the recipient, at Harvard University, of the Erwin-Taylor Award in July, 2014 at the Summer Session of the National College for DUI Defense for his lifetime accomplishments and contributions not only the National College, but also to the entire defense community.

John E. Stang is a Kansas native who earned his J.D. from the Washburn University School of Law, and his undergraduate degree in Accounting and Business Administration at the University of Kansas. He was admitted to practice law in 1988 and has maintained an active criminal practice since that time. In addition to being licensed in both the Federal and State courts of Kansas, he is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and the Supreme Court of the United States.
John Matthew Leavitt is a native of Wichita, Kansas. He graduated from Andover High School in 2001 and attended the University of Kansas, earning undergraduate degrees in journalism and political science. Mr. Leavitt earned his J.D. from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2009 and was admitted to practice in Kansas in April 2010.
Mr. Stephen T. Ariagno received his first taste of criminal litigation as a prosecuting attorney with the City of Wichita following his graduation from the University Of Kansas School Of Law in 1990. Since completing his tenure as a prosecutor, he has devoted his career to defending the accused. After leaving the prosecutor’s office, Mr. Ariagno entered private practice and completed advanced training at the prestigious National Criminal Defense College in Macon, Georgia. Mr. Ariagno’s successes include cases involving homicide, rape, battery, drive-by shootings, narcotics and DUI.
