Jaclyn Tackett received her law degree from Creighton University School of Law in 2012 and is licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa. She also regularly appears before the Federal Immigration Court. Jaclyn maintains a practice which includes, but is not limited to Immigration Law, Juvenile & Family Law, Social Security Disability, and Criminal Defense.

Jaclyn is originally from a suburb of Dallas / Fort Worth, Texas and received her Business Administration in Management degree from the University of Texas, McCombs School of Business. She is a member of the local bar association, the American Bar Association, and the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys.
