Background and Experience
Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Attorney Cohen lived in Colorado for 11 years. She attended high school in the Aspen Valley (Roaring Fork) and earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder. During her undergraduate program, Attorney Cohen volunteered in many programs during which time she began to cultivate the desire to assist people. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in the law. In May of 2008, Attorney Cohen earned her Juris Doctorate degree from University of Massachusetts School of Law at Dartmouth (formerly the Southern New England School of Law) cum laude.
Attorney Cohen had the honor of serving as the Editor-in-Chief of the Roundtable Symposium Law Journal. She is the recipient of the Sarah Clarman Bernstein Prize for Academic Excellence, the Academic Achievement Award (class rank # 2), and Pro Bono Award honored by the New Center for Legal Advocacy. Attorney Cohen is a published author of A Square Peg Into A Round Hole: Trade Dress Protection of Websites, The Perspective of The Consumer And The Dilemma For The Courts, 3 S. NEW ENG. ROUNDTABLE SYMP. L. J. 137 (2008).

Attorney Cohen is a certified member of the criminal defense bar advocate panel and is a co-founder of the Attorneys Representing Children (ARC) program in Bristol and Plymouth Counties. Attorney Cohen is admitted to practice before all Massachusetts courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She enjoys spending her down time with her family and friends. She loves to stay active, reading and traveling.
