Ann Toney has been practicing law since 1984. Before practicing law Ms. Toney earned her Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and worked in substance abuse with heroin addicts and in other areas of mental health. Since 2009 Ms. Toney has been one of the principal attorneys working and training in Colorado’s medical marijuana industry and currently in our state’s recreational marijuana industry.

Ms. Toney spends much time keeping current on all aspects of defending DUI cases and attending trainings to hone her skills and keeping current on the science of defending DUI and DUID clients. Ms. Toney follows the changing Division of Motor Vehicle laws and Drunk Driving laws to insure her clients get the best defenses possible. She has been trying cases since 1986 and has completed to verdict countless jury trials and hundreds of bench trials.

Ms. Toney maintains a solo practice focusing on DUI Defense. She personally will handle your case and appear with you in court. Ms. Toney takes time and effort to insure each client’s needs are attended to and each client understands that he or she is Ann’s only concern.
