She was then employed as a Deputy Attorney General with the Division of Criminal Justice of the Office of the Attorney General of New Jersey from 1990 through 1992, assigned to the Civil Remedies and Forfeiture Bureau, where she specialized in the handling of complex civil forfeiture actions involving narcotics and environmental forfeitures and related actions. She was later employed as a Deputy Attorney General, with the Division of Criminal Justice, assigned to the Labor Prosecutions Unit, from 1992 through 1999, where she developed expertise in the handling of complex unemployment fraud, wage and hour and related fraud and tax prosecutions.

Since 1999, she has been engaged in the private practice of law. She is the past Chair of the Municipal Court Practice Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association having served two consecutive terms and is currently serving as the Chair of the Criminal Law Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She also continues to serve as the Chair of the Subcommittee on Judicial Independence in the Municipal Courts for the New Jersey State Bar Association with Public Hearings being held in the State. She continues to be an active member of the Women in the Profession Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association. She is also an active member of the Middlesex County Bar Association in New Brunswick, New Jersey and of the Somerset County Bar Association in Somerville, New Jersey. She recently joined the New Brunswick Bar Association in New Brunswick, New Jersey and New Jersey Women Lawyers. She is also an active member of the National College of DUI Defense Inc.

She is now available by appointment to see clients in Monmouth and Ocean counties, where she can further advocate for clients in the Monmouth and Ocean County Superior Courts and in the municipal courts. She has recently joined the Greater Monmouth County Chamber of Commerce in Freehold, New Jersey and the Monmouth Bar Association in Freehold, New Jersey.
