Brenton Bryant graduated law school =at the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville in just 2 1/2 years and passed the Bar exam on first attempt. He prosecuted criminal cases for the City of Fayetteville under Arkansas Supreme Court Rule as a law student. Since graduation, Mr. Bryant has defended hundreds of felony cases in Washington County for the State Public Defender Commission for 3 years and tried more felony cases during that time than all other public defenders in the District. He is a graduate of the National Criminal Defense College Trial Practice Institute for Advanced Trial Techniques at Mercer Law School. Mr Bryant also as a successful completion of Advanced DWI Defense and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing Studies and Recognition, and continued legal education courses on new Intoxometer breathalyzer machines recently approved for use in Arkansas.
