Brett Schandelson has continued his interest in criminal and constitutional law firm by concentrating his practice in the area of criminal defense. with the majority of his caseload is devoted to defending those accused of DUIs. Mr. Schandelson was the Montana State Delegate for the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD) from 2009 to 2012, attending the Summer Session at Harvard Law School. Brett has been taught Standardized Field Sobriety Testing (SFST) and certified pursuant to the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) protocol for SFSTs. Brett is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL) and the Montana Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (MACDL). He regularly attends the NCDD/NACDL joint DUI Seminar each year.
