Brian J. Lockwood has dedicated his legal career to vigorously advocating for the rights of individuals facing serious criminal charges. His legal career began at Creighton University School of Law, graduating in 1995. Before establishing the Law Office of Brian J. Lockwood, LLC, in Mobile, he honed his litigation skills working as both a prosecutor and public defender. Since moving into private practice, he has became a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has focused exclusively on defending individuals in southern Alabama.

In his time as a practicing criminal law attorney, he has handled thousands of criminal defense cases, including more than 500 DUIs. He has tried multiple dozens of jury trials, hundreds of bench trials and many appellate cases ranging from simple juvenile matters to complex capital murder cases.
