Brian Tackett received his law degree from Creighton University School of Law in 2012 and is licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa. Brian maintains a practice which includes, but is not limited to, Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Wills and Estate Planning, and Civil Litigation.

Brian is originally from Glenwood, Iowa and received his Business Management degree with high honors from Bellevue University in 2008. Brian formed and managed several businesses in the Omaha metro area before attending law school. He is a member of the local bar association, a member of the Litigation, Taxation, Torts Trial & Insurance, and Criminal Justice sections of the American Bar Association, and a member of the National Association for Criminal Defense Lawyers and the American Association of Premier DUI Attorneys.
