Carl has practiced DWI Defense literally since first obtaining his license to practice law. He was honored to learn from someone that he considers one of the best in the business: The DWI DUDE - JAMIE BALAGIA. Carl was first able to hone his skills in criminal defense, with immediate trial skill training, and the opportunity to practice immediately in the courtroom. This proved to be an invaluable experience, as Carl was able to begin immediately representing the accused literally right after obtaining his license to practice law. Jamie and his team's mentoring, including and also especially from Jerry Smith and Will Mitchell, were invaluable in providing training, knowledge, and experience. When working with the DWI DUDE staff, it allowed Carl to achieve very successful results through "Not Guilty" verdicts against some of the most experienced and seasoned DWI Police Officers, and in some areas (and counties) that are traditionally known to be the toughest on crime.
