Charles Magill has spent his entire legal career defending those accused of crimes in the Fresno area and has established himself as a tenacious attorney and a knowledgeable legal scholar. He co-founded Magill & Guzman Magill in 2002 with his wife and law partner Laura Guzman Magill. Together they devoted their careers to representing individuals across the Central Valley. Laura passed away in 2013 from breast cancer complications but Charles continues his dedicated, relentless, and creative style of legal service that has resulted in victories in more than 150 jury and court trials during his career. Because of Magill’s forthright and clear style of explaining complex legal cases many news organizations, including FOX, ABC, CBS, NPR, NBC, The Wall Street Journal, and The Fresno Bee have interviewed him seeking his legal insight.
