He passed the South Carolina bar in 2011, and moved to Beaufort, South Carolina and while there he represented injury victims, dealt with workers compensation matters, medical malpractice cases and worked with family law cases. After returning to Greenville, his hometown, he continued to represent clients injured in accidents, at work, and accused of crimes. He opened The Grubbs Law Firm in 2014 and represents primarily personal injury, workers’ compensation, and criminal defense clients. Attorney Grubbs is licensed to practice law in both Georgia and South Carolina, as well as the United States District Court-District of South Carolina, United States Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court.

Among his professional achievements are being listed as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer in Criminal Law and a being included in the National Trial Lawyers’ list of Top 40 Under 40 in the state of South Carolina for 2014.
