Rosenstein Law Group

Craig J. Rosenstein is a graduate of the University of Arizona in Tucson, Arizona. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Following his undergraduate education, Mr. Rosenstein went on to receive his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree at Arizona State University Law School. During his time at ASU Law School, Craig clerked for an Arizona State Legislator, while simultaneously working for a solo practitioner. After law school, Mr. Rosenstein became partner of a law firm, where he handled the firm's business law, civil litigation and DUI defense cases, before eventually limiting his practice and focusing exclusively on DUI and drug cases. Mr. Rosenstein then went on to found Rosenstein Law Group, PLLC.

Mr. Rosenstein is licensed to practice law in Arizona, as well as in the U.S. Federal District Court in the District of Arizona. He is one of only three Board Certified DUI Defense attorneys in the State of Arizona. Mr. Rosenstein is certified to administer field sobriety tests, has received certification in forensic blood and urine analysis and is qualified to operate the Intoxilyzer 8000 breath testing device. Mr. Rosenstein has also been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating. This rating is the highest testament to an attorneys professional ethics and legal ability. He is also an active member of various professional organizations, including the State Bar of Arizona, the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD), DUI Defense Lawyers Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL), and the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association. In 2014, Mr. Rosenstein was elected to serve on the Board of Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice (AACJ). Craig is also very proud to have been selected to Super Lawyers as a rising star in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.

Mr. Rosenstein represents clients in many aspects of criminal law, including misdemeanor and felony cases, with a focus on Driving Under the Influence (DUI) defense. In addition, to helping his own clients, Craig is a well-known speaker at National and State DUI defense attorney conventions and is often brought in to consult on other attorney's complicated DUI cases. Mr. Rosenstein is an experienced, knowledgeable, and skilled trial attorney, and he provides aggressive, detail-oriented representation for his clients.
