David Sheldon began his criminal work when he served as an assistant prosecuting attorney for the Cuyahoga and Medina County Prosecutor's Offices. He left the prosecutor’s office and began doing criminal defense work. He won acquittals and dismissals of individuals accused of OVI and other criminal offenses. This experience taught Mr. Sheldon how to build strong cases. As a result, he has built a successful practice in OVI, probably winning more OVI dismissals than any other attorney practicing in Medina today.
