David focuses his practice on DWI/DUI defense and personal injury matters. David is proud of his successful track record in the defense of DWI/DUIs and personal injury cases. He is certified in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, he often participates in legal seminars, and he consults in matters of legal defense to stay abreast of the latest and best innovations in the legal profession. As part of his personal injury practice, David counsels clients in matters involving truck and motor vehicle accidents, as well as complex product liability cases. David helps clients by shifting the financial burden of the accident to the negligent party and obtaining fair compensation for the victims.

David also handles criminal defense cases involving financial fraud or appropriation. Before joining the Drivers Defense Counsel, David worked for a global consulting firm with responsibility analyzing financial instruments, internal controls, and business processes involving multinational corporations in risk recovery projects. The skills developed in this experience have enhances David’s legal representation of DWI/DUI and personal injury clients.
