Steve Rice Law

David Erhard is a qualified DUI attorney with experience at the Dauphin County Public Defender’s Office. He has had advanced training and gained valuable experience for DUI cases. This includes participation in national and state DUI defense organizations and training for the field sobriety tests that the police get. Mr. Erhard has also served as a guest speaker for PACDL’s motor vehicle code seminar on DUI defense. Additionally, he was a panelist for PADDDA’s public defender training. Steve Rice Law represents Adams, Cumberland, Franklin, and York counties.
