Dwayne Green Attorney at Law
Background and Experience
He has also received advanced litigation training after law school with the International Association for Defense Counsel and the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, which helps him in his negotiations of personal injury claims. Dwayne also has been admitted as a life member to the Million Dollar and Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum, a selective organization recognizing attorneys who have previously obtained individual verdicts or settlements in excess of one million dollars for their clients. In the event that a case must go to trial, this experience also helps him to seek the maximum value on behalf of his clients.
Dwayne also handles parole and pardon cases on behalf of clients in need of those services. As a former member and board chair for the South Carolina Board of Probation, Pardon and Parole, Dwayne uses his extensive knowledge of the pardon and parole process to advocate for clients with those applications.
Lastly, Dwayne has received continuing legal training and education for DUI defense. As a former city attorney and a member of the National College for DUI Defense, he uses his training and experience to defend clients who have been charged with DUI and DWI offenses.
Dwayne grew up in the West Ashley area of Charleston and attended school at St. Andrew's Elementary, Blessed Sacrament, and Porter Gaud. He graduated from Princeton University in 1991 and attended the University of Iowa Law School where he graduated in 1995.
