Bringing 25 years of experience to his cases, Mr. Pollard has served as legal counsel to clients in a variety of practice areas, including: DUI and Criminal Defense, Domestic Relations, Real Estate and Contract Law, Business Litigation, Contract and Statutory Analysis, Workers Compensation and Personal Injury. A skilled negotiator and litigator appearing in Superior, District, Justice, and Municipal Courts in Nevada and California, Mr. Pollard has built strong relationships with prosecutors, law enforcement and judges within the communities he serves which benefit his clients considerably.

Independent of his own firm, Mr. Pollard has previously served as Justice of the Peace, Pro Tempore for the Incline Village-Crystal Bay Justice Court; as Senior Counsel for the Law Offices of Joseph C. Carabino in Newhall, California and the Law Offices of M. Lucia Donahue in Pasadena, California; and prior to that, as Junior Associate to the Law Offices of Black & Reape in Encino, California and as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Arthur L. Alarcon, United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit.
