Background and Experience
For more than 25 years, George Scharmen has exclusively practiced DWI defense and had the opportunity to help many people clear DWI arrests from their records. He has litigated DWI cases using an up-to-date electronic database from the Office of the Scientific Director of the Texas Department of Public Safety. This technology allows him to suppress breath tests and expose incompetence or fraud on the part of DPS breath test employees. George co-founded Education Forensics, LLC, an educational blood testing laboratory. He and Dr. Thomas Pittman train lawyers about blood testing in criminal cases.
