Glynn Delatte is a retired Louisiana State Trooper and National Highway Traffic Safety Administration Certified Instructor in the area of Standardized Field Sobriety Testing.

He also is the only attorney in Louisiana who has been qualified in State District Court to testify as an Expert Witness in the area of NHTSA Standardized Field Sobriety Testing, Police Procedure and Arrest Techniques in Apprehension of the Drunk Driver and the proper use and Administration of the Intoxilyzer 5000 Breath Test. Delatte owns his own Intoxilyzer 5000 and has been certified to operate this machine in Louisiana since 1979.
