Criminal defense attorney Rob McKinney was admitted to practice in the state of Tennessee and U.S. District Court in 1994. He is an active member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the American Association for Justice, the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, the Nashville Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
