Jerry Novak opened Jerry Novak & Associates to help people deal with the stress and legalities associated with DUI and criminal defense. He provides legal advice and representation for people charged with their first DUI or people who have been charged with multiple DUI offenses. He has significant experience handling issues related to DUI defense, Secretary of State Reinstatement Hearings, suspended or revoked driver licenses, and other criminal defense matters. As a former Assistant State’s Attorney and as a private defense attorney, he has handled cases as simple as a traffic violation and as serious as murder. He holds a license to practice law in all Illinois State Courts and all Federal Courts including the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been previously licensed to practice law in Washington D.C. and the U.S. Tax Court.
