Jonny Gardner Law

Johnny Gardner is the Principal and Senior Attorney of Johnny Gardner Law Group, P.A. He began his legal career in 1992 as an Assistant Solicitor for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit. Three years later, he entered private practice and founded his own law firm. Johnny concentrates his practice on DUI, Criminal Defense, and Civil Litigation. He also is a seasoned Family Court lawyer. Johnny is a member of the National College for DUI Defense. A Horry County native, Johnny attended Socastee High School and, in 1985, he graduated from Coastal Carolina University with a degree in Political Science. Before he attended the University of South Carolina Law School, Johnny served as a United States Army Captain in the 82nd Airborne.
