Law Office of Kevin R. Pettrey, PLC

Kevin R. Pettrey is a graduate of George Mason University School of Law, magna cum laude, where he served as a member of both the Law Review and the Honor Committee. While in law school, he learned criminal law by completing internships at the Chesapeake Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, the Department of Justice, and the Office of the Federal Defender for the Eastern District of Virginia. After graduating from law school and having his own successful practice in Northern Virginia, Mr. Pettrey returned to Hampton Roads to be near family. He became the Senior Litigation Attorney one of the most prolific family law and traffic defense firms in Virginia Beach, a position which he resigned to launch The Law Office of Kevin R. Pettrey, PLC. He resides in the Great Bridge area of Chesapeake with his wife, Lauren, and son Reese. He is active in his community as part of the congregation of Centerville Baptist Church, local politics, and as a Freemason.
