Kyle is an attorney dedicated to representing the rights of his clients. He is a member of the National College for DUI Defense and represents clients charged with DUI and OWI in Illinois and Iowa. Additionally, Kyle defends clients charged with marijuana and other drug offenses, theft, battery, and other general criminal matters. He also represents plaintiffs in personal injury litigation, and he handles various family law matters including divorce, custody, visitation, and orders of protection. Kyle realizes the incredible burden and stress created by being charged with a crime or being involved in a contentious family matter, and he strives to provide both superior representation and counsel to all of his clients.

Kyle earned his Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science at Coe College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He graduated Cum Laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Grand Rapids, Michigan. During law school, Kyle worked at a law firm in Grand Rapids where he gained experience in representing clients charged with federal crimes. He later worked at a personal injury law firm in Chicago, Illinois assisting clients in personal injury cases. Kyle is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the Iowa State Bar Association, the Warren County Bar Association, the Henderson County Bar Association, and the National College for DUI Defense.
