Background and Experience
Marvin Chip Leibovich graduated from Catholic High School in 1996 and attended Hendrix college. He graduated from Hendrix in 2000 with a BA in psychology and a minor in politics. He attended law school William H. Bowen School of Law and graduated with honors in 2003. Chip practiced for five years in Saline County, primarily in the area of family law. He is a certified attorney ad litem for domestic relations. He also became certified for family law mediations in 2009. Currently, Chip practices in Conway, Arkansas at the Law Offices of Bennett & Williams. The majority of his practice is now DWI and criminal defense. He also the firm's lead attorney for its domestic relations practice, civil litigation, and mediation practice.
