Martin is a former prosecutor with unmatched experience in drunk driving cases. Martin has represented clients in matters including criminal defense, domestic relations, and appeals. Martin now represents individuals in courts throughout Ohio. She has been trained by OPOTA on SFSTs, has been trained by CMI on the Intoxilyzer 8000 and is one of the only attorney’s in the nation who has attended the Robert F. Borkenstein Alcohol Course, at the Center for Studies of Law in Action at Indiana University Bloomington, Indiana.
