Attorney McGlinchey has been practicing law for 15 years. From 1999 through 2006, he served as an active duty officer in the Army Judge Advocate General’s Corps, primarily working on criminal justice matters as both a prosecutor and defense counsel. After leaving uniformed service, he worked as a civilian attorney for Defense Logistics Agency and the Navy Office of General Counsel. He joined the firm in 2013 and primarily represents clients in criminal matters before courts throughout the state.
