Joining the firm in 2011, Nicholas Lee is a Senior Associate Attorney at the Hunsucker Legal Group. Mr. Lee handles felony and misdemeanor DUI, APC, DWI, and other criminal cases, as well as personal injury cases. Licensed to practice in Oklahoma and California, Mr. Lee earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Oklahoma. Mr. Lee also studied law at Oxford University in England, where he earned a European Union Law Certificate.

Mr. Lee attends and participates in numerous local and national DUI seminars and has attended the National College for DUI Defense’s Trial Skills Summer Session at Harvard Law School. He is a member of the National College for DUI Defense and the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Association and is certified in standardized field sobriety tests and breath testing procedures.

Prior to joining the Hunsucker Legal Group, Mr. Lee worked in California handling personal injury claims including serious injury and death cases. He has also litigated automobile injury claims, skateboard injury claims, bicycle and automobile collisions, assault cases, horse-riding injury cases, and trip-and-fall cases. Since joining the firm, Mr, Lee has amassed an impressive streak of outright dismissals and successful motion hearings.
