Patrick Quinn has been active in Ohio OVI/DUI defense for over 33 years. He has represented over 1,500 individuals charged with OVI in all of the phases of defense,including arguing motions to suppress, filing motions for discovery, bills of particulars, exculpating information, motions to dismiss and jury trials. Mr. Quinn has experience in arguing motions to suppress based upon lack of probable cause, improper administration of field sobriety tests, failure to adhere to the National Highway Safety Standards. Mr. Quinn has represented many felony DUI clients. He is a member of the National College for DUI Defense, National Board of Trial Advocacy, and is a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
