Attorney Humphrey is a Nationally Recognized DUI/OUI Attorney. He is a member of the National College for DUI Defense ("NCDD") and a Founding Member of the DUI Defense Lawyers Association ("DUIDLA"). Recently, he was appointed the DUIDLA Ambassador for the State of Rhode Island. Attorney Humphrey is a recognized leader in the areas of criminal law and OUI defense because of his litigation experience, articles and lectures. He is a frequent lecturer for the Rhode Island Bar Association and other educational programs. In 2016, Attorney Humphrey lectured for the Rhode Island Bar Association on DUI Cases & Hardship Licenses. Also in 2016, Attorney Humphrey lectured the prosecutors and defense attorneys for the Rhode Island Bar Association. Attorney Humphrey prepared Rhode Island's DUI Practice Manual entitled Drunk Driving : Detection, Prosecution and Defense (2015 Update) which is widely used by drunk driving law practitioners in courtrooms throughout the State of Rhode Island.
