Mr. Walton has successfully defended clients in many jury trials on charges ranging from murder to OVI. During the past 20 years the focus of his practice has been criminal defense with an emphasis on alcohol and drug related vehicular offenses. Mr. Walton has been the featured speaker at more than 40 seminars held throughout Ohio and sponsored by the Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Judicial College, the Cleveland-Metropolitan Bar Association, and other organizations. He often lectures on the topics of OVI, Search and Seizure, Cross-Examination, Driver's License Suspensions, and Driver's License Reinstatement.
