Focusing on criminal defense and entertainment law, Robinson S. Rowe is a principal at Rowe Weinstein & Sohn, PLLC, located in Rockville, Maryland. His primary area of practice is criminal defense, providing representation to clients throughout the state of Maryland who have been charged with such misdemeanor and felony offenses as DUI and DWI, vehicular manslaughter, traffic violations, theft, juvenile crimes, money laundering and other white collar crimes, drug trafficking and Internet crimes. In his entertainment practice, Mr. Rowe helps to negotiate contracts and related matters for businesses and individuals in the film, music, performing arts and sports industries.

After receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law in 2001 and being admitted to practice in Maryland, Mr. Rowe worked for the Office of the Maryland State Prosecutor for several years before entering private practice. His previous position as a prosecutor included extensive work on felony trials. Using this experience, Mr. Rowe employs aggressive trial strategies and the latest technology to present cases and evidence before juries in a clear and easily understandable manner. These techniques have earned him numerous courtroom victories for his clients, including a successful verdict in 2009 where the client was found by the jury to be not guilty of 13 felony charges.

In order to keep abreast of current developments in his practice areas, Mr. Rowe is a member of several professional organizations. He is an active participant in the American Bar Association, the Maryland Association for Justice, the Maryland State Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Prince George’s County Bar Association. Mr. Rowe has also contributed articles on various topics to various legal publications.
