Over the past 16 years, he has tried hundreds of cases and have spoken at DUI seminars for Washington criminal defense attorneys. he is an active member of both the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD) and the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (WACDL). He serves on WACDL’s legislative committee, which monitors proposed state legislation and testifies before the Washington state house and senate committees. This allows him to ensure that your rights are protected in the state legislature. It also helps him stay on top of changes in Washington law and to know how new laws affect defense strategies.
