Background and Experience
Scott Brenneck has dedicated his practice to defending those accused of committing crimes, violations or traffic offenses including DWI’s, felonies and misdemeanors. He has been developing the skills needed to be a criminal defense attorney since he started law school. Scott conducted several trials and prosecuted numerous repeat offenders facing mandatory life sentences. In addition to the unit he was assigned to, Scott had the opportunity to work on cases involving drugs, homicide and DWI.
