Scott C. Buerkle has spent his entire life in New Jersey. He received an undergraduate bachelor’s degree in finance from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and studied law at Seton Hall Law School in Newark, New Jersey. Scott graduated near the top of his class earning cum laude honors. After graduating from law School, Scott worked Judicial Law Clerk to the Hon. Scott J. Moynihan, the Presiding Judge of the Criminal Division in Union County New Jersey. He researched criminal law issues, prepared bench memoranda and motions, and mediated small claims disputes. Scott went on to open his own practice based in Elizabeth, New Jersey. His primary areas of practice are criminal law, municipal law, traffic ticket defense and Appeals.
