He has been protecting the rights of persons accused of crimes in the metro Detroit area since graduation from law school in 1990. His career goal has always been to guide his clients through what is likely to be the most difficult time in their lives. Although he may have an extremely busy schedule it is his practice to give each client my cell phone number so that whether they simply want to discuss their case or are in a panic they are able to reach him at any time. His background makes him proud. Besides thousands of happy clients his grandfather Maurice Schwartz (1897-1974) was a well-known Criminal Defense Attorney in Detroit for more than fifty years. His Uncle Howard Schwartz (1928-present) is an International Lawyer who has practiced law in Geneva, Switzerland since 1950. He was a highly respected International Law Professor at The University Of Geneva before retirement. Last but not least my father Allen L. Schwartz (1930-present) has been a great mentor even before I went to law school. Growing up accompanying him to court as a young man I learned the law business, how to treat people and what it takes to be a highly respected professional.
