Attorney Tedia​ Gamiño has a B.A. in Psychology, with honors, from the University of Denver where she conducted clinical research on factors affecting criminal recidivism. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1998. For the first 3 years of her career, Attorney Gamiño worked as a bilingual staff attorney for the Wisconsin State Public Defender, in their Waukesha office. In 2001 she left to go into private practice. She has worked at Gamiño Law Offices ever since. Attorney Tedia Gamiño currently focuses her practice as Criminal Defense Lawyer in Waukesha, WI and Mental Health cases, and has been certified as a Guardian ad Litem for over 10 years. She is a very active criminal litigation attorney with a thriving practice and has tried numerous jury trials and hundreds of court trials and motion hearings.
