Background and Experience

Ned Barnett served for three years with the Galveston County Criminal District Attorney's office as a state prosecutor. For a year of that time he handled or supervised every DWI case in the county. Those three years helped prepare him to become a truly great DWI defense attorney. Mr. Barnett is known for vigorously defending DWI clients. He owns a police breath test machine and he is certified to operate the machine. He feels this type of training is very important when questioning a police officer in trial. Mr. Barnett is also a founding member of the National College for DUI Defense and is often asked to speak to other attorneys regarding DWI defense.
