Tyler M. Allen is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University in Fort Myers, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 2009. Mr. Allen then received his Juris Doctor Degree from Phoenix School of Law in Phoenix, Arizona. Mr. Allen is a licensed and practicing attorney and has worked for Fountain Hills Law Firm since June of 2012.

Mr. Allen is a trial attorney and having handled hundreds of criminal cases has led to him spending a great amount of time in the Courtroom. His representative criminal matters include defending clients against allegations of aggravated assault, theft, shoplifting, prostitution, and domestic violence. He has extensive experience defending clients throughout Arizona in vehicular cases, including alcohol and drug DUI cases, allegations of leaving an accident scene, aggressive and reckless driving cases, and civil traffic violations including photo radar tickets. Furthermore, Mr. Allen represents clients before the Motor Vehicle Division Executive Hearing Office.

Mr. Allen also devotes a substantial amount of his practice to representing clients in civil matters, including Landlord/Tenant litigation involving Forcible and Special Detainer actions. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Allen held various positions in the golf industry serving numerous golf clubs over the span of ten years in four states. He played varsity college golf and amateur tournaments throughout the Southeast and Midwest. In 2008, Mr. Allen bought his first business, a consulting firm whose primary client was a predominant Southwest Florida valet company. Mr. Allen is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, and the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation Tribal Court.
