Background and Experience
Whitney Polson is the newest member of the Polson & Polson team. He is Mark Polson’s youngest son and entered the practice of Law in September of 2004. The focus of Whitney’s practice is the defense of citizens accused of DUI, and he has successfully handled cases from the Gulf Coast to Huntsville. Whitney is a member of various professional organizations, including: the American Bar Association, National College for DUI Defense, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Birmingham Bar Association.
