W. Dow Bonds, Esq. is a former Assistant District Attorney with over 29 years experience as a trial & appeal attorney and litigation specialist. Mr. Bonds has tried numerous criminal and civil trials, and has excelled in pre-trial motion practice and cross-examination.  Mr. Bonds has appeared on NBC Dateline and CBS 48 Hours & local news in his association with appearing as lead counsel in several local high-profile state and federal cases.  

 

Mr. Bonds has been asked to speak at CLE events, and recently argued a high-profile public corruption case before the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Jacksonville, FL.  Mr. Bonds is admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Bonds has taught Constitutional Law at South University in Savannah, GA.  Prior to his experience as a prosecutor, Mr. Bonds served as a general litigation attorney in Atlanta, GA, handling civil and criminal cases in the surrounding Atlanta Metro area.  Mr. Bonds has extensive contacts across the State of Georgia in law enforcement, the judiciary, and the bar, which allows him to effectively represent clients all over the State of Georgia.
