Gill & Sippel

Mr. Day earned his bachelor’s degree from the United States Naval Academy in 1995, and a Juris Doctor from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University in 2005. He was admitted to the Maryland Bar in December 2005.

Mr. Day served five years in the Navy at various positions in the Pentagon including on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations and the Navy Chief of Information. He is currently a Lieutenant Commander in the Naval Reserves.

Before joining Gill Sippel & Gallagher in 2005, Mr. Day clerked at the Office of the Public Defender in Montgomery County. His practice areas include commercial and real estate transactions and disputes, personal injury, contracts and general criminal and civil litigation in the District and Circuit Courts.
